Student Welfare

Our Student Welfare framework adopts an upstream approach, building strong relationships and addressing needs early. Through a tiered model of universal, targeted, and intensive support, we partner with families to safeguard well-being, build resilience, and help every student thrive.

Diagram of a three-tier intervention pyramid illustrating increasing intensity of support from bottom to top: Tier 1 (core curriculum for all students), Tier 2 (early targeted instruction for some students), and Tier 3 (intensive individualised instruction for few students). Labels on the right describe each tier's support level, while an arrow on the left indicates rising frequency, length, duration, and group size of interventions.
