Quality Curriculum

Students in BDS go beyond subject discipline to embody Emerging 21CC (21st Century Competencies) and G3 (Gratefulness, Graciousness, Growth-mindedness). Educators in BDS, design, plan, and facilitate all forms of learning with the Seven Key Learning Approaches (KLA) to make every interaction a moment of growth.

Student Wellbeing

Students in BDS feel safe and a sense of connectedness to the school community to contribute positively. Educators in BDS identify students and needs early for intervention and support. They reinforces discipline with positive education by creating a caring and enabling environment where all students can thrive.

Student Agency

Students in BDS own their choices to serve others as gracious upstanders while discovering and meeting their potential by exploring their aptitude and interest. Educators in BDS are the catalyst for change, enabling the change –  acting only to create opportunities, spaces and pathways for choice alongside other stakeholders (e.g., parents, community).  Educators in BDS believe in the potential of every BDSian and actively seek to develop leaders of tomorrow by creating opportunities, spaces and pathways alongside other stakeholders (e.g., parents, community).
