2026 Secondary One Administrative and Financial Matters
1. Online Consent for School Health and Dental Screening
The Health Promotion Board (HPB) will be conducting annual health and dental screening at your child’s school. Parents must complete the health and dental consent for your child via the Child Consent Portal. This is to allow your child to receive any necessary vaccinations, undergo health checks and dental screening. The following steps are:

Visit https://go.gov.sg/hpb-ccp to access the Child Consent Portal and login using your SingPass. If you do not have SingPass, you may register for SingPass via https://www.singpass.gov.sg .

Update your child’s medical condition.

Complete and submit the consent form latest by 27 February 2026.
If you do not wish for your child to undergo HPB’s health screening in school, please write to Contact_YPS@hpb.gov.sg

2. Information on School Smart Card
(Student Identification Pass/ Concessionary Pass/Concessionary Travel School Smart Card (SSC))
1. Secondary One students can continue to use their
Primary level School Smart Card (SSC) for concessionary travel till 30 April 2026.
2. While waiting for their Secondary level SSC to be
ready, students can choose to purchase a Monthly Concession Pass (MCP)
for Secondary School at any SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centre,
SimplyGo Kioskor via SimplyGo app. The MCPs can be encoded to start
from any specified date, up to 7 days in advance.

Note: Basic bus services include trunk and feeder services. Express, Fast Forward and premium bus services like Chinatown Direct, Premium, Nite Owl, NightRider and City Direct are NOT included.
3. The new Secondary level SSC will be issued in February or March 2026. The school will inform the students when it is available for collection at the General Office.
4. Once the students have received their new SSC, they will need to return their Primary level SSC and activate the new SSC at SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centre. After April 2026, the Primary level SSC card will expire and cannot be used for public transport.

3. Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) 2026
Singapore Citizens in financial need can get assistance from MOE on school
fees and other expenses. This applies to government, government-aided,
specialised and some independent schools.
Students with MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) approved by the primary
school/other schools, please message the FAS officer, Ms Fatina via WhatsApp at 8686 6208 (between
8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays) the student's full name and attached
or screenshot the FAS approval letter in your message.
For students who have yet to apply for MOE FAS and wish to do so can either
apply FAS online (eFAS link) or download the FAS
application form below:

Upon completion, please submit the application form and the required supporting
documents, as stated in the application form, to the General Office. If
your documents are in order, we will be able to process your application
between 7 to 10 working days and we will notify you of the status accordingly.
Otherwise, we will process your application when the documents are completed.

4. Edusave Standing Order
Students who are Singapore Citizens are strongly encouraged to sign up for the Edusave Standing Order to enjoy cashless and convenient school-related payment arrangements. Your child can use their Edusave funds for:

Enrichment programmes (local and overseas) organised by our school

Miscellaneous fees

Personal learning devices (PLD) in secondary schools under the national digital learning programme.
To use your child's Edusave funds, please submit the online Standing Order
Form via this link https://go.gov.sg/edusaveformsgso with
