Information on PDLP Onboarding

Technology is an essential part of learning in today’s world. The National Digital Literacy Programme (NDLP) was launched in 2020 to make digital learning inclusive by equipping students with the digital literacies to be future-ready.

Through the NDLP, all secondary school students will own a school-prescribed Personal Learning Device (PLD). Singapore Citizen students can use their Edusave Account to pay for the PLD. The device will be used to facilitate an environment that encourages personalised learning.

Please indicate your option to purchase on the Parents’ Gateway(PG) form by 29 December 2025, Monday. This is to ensure the devices arrive on time.

Platforms/tools: Student Learning Space (SLS) as primary platform, complemented by a host of other apps and tools that the school has an overview of (some of which may be subject-specific).

Funding Support:

Students eligible for subsidy	Income criteria	How to apply for subsidy
Students under MOE FAS	Gross Household Income (“GHI”) is $3,000 or less, or Per Capita Income (“PCI”)* is $750 or less	No action required. Automatically subsidised for the PLD.
Students under School-based FAS	GHI is $4,400 or less, or PCI is $1,100 or less	Approach the school’s General Office to apply for a subsidy.
Students who are currently not under the MOE FAS or School-based FAS	GHI is $4,400 or less, or PCI is $1,100 or less	Approach the school’s General Office to apply for a subsidy.

* PCI refers to the GHI divided by the total number of family members in the household.

The school has in place some measures to enable a safe and seamless learning environment for students. The role of the parent is also key in partnering the school to support your child.
