Bedok South Secondary(BDS) Food and Consumer Education (FCE) and Nutrition and Food Science(NFS) curriculum aims to provide every student with the opportunity to explore and deepen their understanding of food, nutrition and consumer literacy through hands-on, project-based learning, while developing critical thinking, informed decision-making and a sense of responsibility towards their own well-being and that of the community — as a way of living and choosing wisely.​
